Campaign Terms & Conditions
These terms govern participation in the “Winter Ready: Without the Tire-Shop Wait” promotional campaign (“the Campaign”) offered by Changes On The Fly (“COTF”, “we”, “us”). By booking a service under this Campaign, the customer agrees to the terms below.
1. Campaign Period
The Campaign is open from September 15, 2026, to October 15, 2026 (“the Booking Window”). To qualify, a customer must complete the booking form and pay the required deposit within this window.
Bookings, deposits, or form submissions completed before September 15, 2026 or after October 15, 2026 are not eligible, regardless of when the request was initiated.
All installation appointments booked under this Campaign must be scheduled to take place on or before October 30, 2026. Appointments cannot be scheduled beyond this date, even if the booking itself was made within the Booking Window.
2. Eligibility & Discount Structure
Discounts differ based on customer status at the time of booking:
New Customers A new customer is defined as an individual or vehicle with no prior paid service history with Changes On The Fly. New customers who book a qualifying winter tire package during the Booking Window are eligible for:
20% off mobile winter tire installation
50% off the first season of tire storage
The two-vehicle household bonus and neighbourhood pricing described in Section 3, where applicable
Existing Customers An existing customer is any individual or vehicle with a prior paid service history with Changes On The Fly. Existing customers are not eligible for the new-customer offers above. Instead, existing customers may receive:
10% off tire swap (installation) service booked during the Booking Window
Existing customers are not eligible for the first-season storage discount, the household bonus, or neighbourhood pricing under this Campaign unless separately stated in writing by COTF.
COTF reserves the right to verify customer status using account or service history before confirming any discount.
3. Household & Neighbourhood Pricing
Customers booking two qualifying new-customer winter tire packages for installation at the same address during the Booking Window may receive an additional $50 discount, applied across both bookings.
For three or more vehicles at the same address, or within the same neighbourhood, additional discounts may be available. Contact us directly for a custom quote.
Limit one household discount per address per Campaign period.
4. Add-On Services (Oil Change & Detailing)
Customers who book an oil change or detailing service for the same visit as a qualifying tire installation during the Booking Window receive 15% off that add-on service.
Because pricing for oil changes and detailing varies by vehicle make and model, no fixed price is quoted in Campaign materials. Estimated savings are approximately $15–$30; final pricing is confirmed at time of booking. Contact us for a quote specific to your vehicle.
The add-on discount is available to both new and existing customers, provided the add-on service is booked for the same visit as a qualifying tire installation.
5. Deposit & Payment
A $75 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve tires, wheels, and an installation appointment.
The remaining balance is due at the time of installation.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge.
No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the full deposit.
Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more are eligible for a full deposit refund.
All rescheduled appointments remain subject to technician availability and must still occur on or before October 30, 2026. Rescheduling is not available beyond this date.
7. Promo Code Requirement
A valid Campaign promo code or flyer must be presented at the time of booking to receive any Campaign discount.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to bookings made without a valid promo code.
Phone bookings are verified by our dispatch team against the active list of Campaign codes.
8. Combinability
This Campaign is valid only during the Booking Window stated in Section 1 and cannot be extended, applied retroactively, or redeemed outside this period.
Campaign discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount code, or fleet/corporate pricing agreement. Where a customer would otherwise qualify for multiple discounts, COTF will apply whichever single discount is greater, unless otherwise stated in these terms.
9. Service Area
Standard coverage extends from Burlington to Oshawa, and from the Lakeshore north to Newmarket.
Service availability depends on the exact address. Travel charges may apply outside the standard service area and will be disclosed before booking.

10. General Terms
Installation appointments are subject to inventory, technician availability, weather, and safe working conditions.
Vehicle fitment, tire/rim inventory, and final pricing are confirmed before purchase. TPMS sensors, programming, non-standard hardware, and other vehicle-specific requirements may cost extra and are not included in Campaign discounts.

COTF reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this Campaign at any time, and to verify eligibility for any discount claimed under it.
Manufacturer and workmanship warranties are subject to their own separate terms.
